Most entertaining show in multifamily.

Eric Sharpe and Justin Dilley host the only Multifamily show that entertains and brings multiple perspectives and stories every week.

About the show

Live every Friday, the Multifamily Weekend Update brings a sense of calm over those who choose not to watch. For those who partake, you’re entertained with a collection of the best stories, delivered in a haphazard way in which Justin and Eric could only figure out mere moments before the show goes live. It’s part improv, part news, part best stories of the week.

Occasionally we break some news. Mostly, we recap the week in multifamily and proptech in such a fun way that you might need two pairs of socks, in case one pair gets knocked off.

History

Justin started posting on LinkedIn every Friday. A recap of the week.
Eric starting asking for a co-host to start a weekly “casual” news program for multifamily.

The stars aligned when mutual friends like Jennifer Carter and Tara Samuels made their connection strong.
All it took was a mutual flight to NAA in Philedelphia and sharing a cab, and the bond was born.

The two co-hosts and future podcast producers chose a “test day” to start their show, and the rest is history.

About Multifamily Multimedia Network

Justin Dilley

Justin’s illustrious career in Multifamily has spanned decades. Much like his attempts to grow a full mustache. His creativity and positivity know no bounds, and frankly we sometimes wonder when it will cease. Hopefully soon.

Eric Sharpe

Not the brains behind the operation, mostly the techie. This entrepreneur turned to multifamily by happenstance and he fumbled into a successful career, until he met Justin. Now he’s swimming in quicksand every Friday and invites you to jump in.

Jennifer Carter

The cheerleader of the group and not so silent show-runner, she tells it like it is. Like a fresh bar of soap in the mouth, she helps the hosts “keep it clean”.

Mike Brewer

He does nothing and asks everything of us. Some say he was there when it was only single-family, a time before multifamily existed.
